Our Story
In 2023, a 25+ years experienced team of researchers, R&D engineers, software developers, and application scientists joined forces with 2M Trading EOOD, a respected distributor of high‑precision scientific instrumentation and metrology systems. This partnership created the foundation for a new chapter in AFM innovation—one built on deep technical heritage and strengthened by the operational and strategic capabilities of partnership.
Under this umbrella, the team established Surfmera America Inc., dedicated to develop, made and delivering advanced AFM, AFM‑Raman, and AFM‑IR systems to the World market. Our Heritage
Our team carries forward the extensive knowledge accumulated over decades of developing and supporting NT‑MDT systems worldwide. From 2023 we undertook a complete revision of the technical documentation, electronics, software, and platform architecture for three major Scanning Probe Microscope systems. This effort allowed us to integrate previously unrealized innovations, refine system stability and performance to made completely new systems. And ensure that Surfmera instruments reflect the most advanced thinking in AFM technology and metrology today.
